Saltrot Joe is a salty seadog ginger boy. He was kidnapped by Madame Trinkett on Halloween when he went trick-or-treating to her house while wearing his sailor outfit and has been trapped in her basement ever since. Unlike most of the ginger prisoners in her basement, Saltrot Joe is not an orphan.
